About Super Fashion Model Miranda Kerr

| Miranda Kerr (born April 20, 1983) is an Australian model perhaps best known as the face of Australian fashion-chain Portmans and as the first Australian model to represent giant Victoria’s Secret. Kerr was born in Sydney, Australia and raised in the smaller town of Gunnedah. She is the eldest child of Therese and John Kerr, and has a younger brother named Matthew. She was educated at All Hallows in Brisbane, which is an all-girl Catholic high school. Entering and winning the Dolly/Impulse Covergirl Competition in 1997, started Kerr’s modeling career. But it was in 2003, after Kerr completed her schooling that she went into full time modeling. She signed a modelling contract with Melbourne’s Chadwick agency, followed by Sydney’s Chic agency. Kerr became the face of Australian fashion chain store Portmans. She was now well-known in the fashion industry in Australasia making frequent stints in Australia and New Zealand’s top fashion magazines, fashion catalogues and catwalk shows. As well as this, she appeared in television adverts for brands such as Portmans, Bonds and Veet. In 2004, she then moved to New York City and was signed to Next agency. To date, Miranda has modelled for the likes of Baby Phat, Lisa Ho, Voodoo Dolls, Levi’s, Bettina Liano, Nicola Finetti, L.A.M.B, Heatherette, Betsey Johnson, Trelise Cooper, Jets, John Richmond, Blumarine Swimwear, Seafolly Swimwear, Victoria’s Secret, Anna Molinari, Roberto Cavalli, Enrico Coveri, Arden B, Cia Maritima, Amuleti J, and magazines such as Elle, Oyster, Madison, Australian Vogue, Harpers Bazaar and more. In 2006, Kerr signed a deal with Maybelline New York, and featured in numerous print campaigns. As well as this, in one of her most high-profile campaigns yet, Kerr became the first Australian to be chosen as a runway model for Victoria’s Secret at their annual fashion show in 2006. She was made a Victoria’s Secret Angel soon after. Kerr was recently seen in Victoria’s Secret’s popular “Angels, Wireless” commercial, wearing animated wings and reciting a limerick. Kerr featured as a key model in the 2007 Victoria’s Secret Show. Kerr was recently signed as the face of Californian fashion retailer Arden B. After debuting in their Spring and Summer ad campaigns, Kerr returned for their Fall 2007 campaign, shot by world- renowned fashion photographer Diego Uchitel. Kerr is currently the new face for Clinique Happy and signed a lucrative six-figure deal to be the new face of Australian department store David Jones, replacing model Megan Gale. In 2008, earning at an estimated total of $3.5 million in the past 12 months, Forbes placed Kerr tenth in the list of the world’s top-earning models. |

The 27-year-old suited up in true "Wonder Woman" style, sporting the famous red and gold bustier, muted blue bottoms and shiny red leather boots as she filmed some heart-pumping action scenes.
Earlier this month, the first snapshots of the super-heroine's costume hit the web-and were met with some serious criticism after Palikir's pants appeared to be made of too-tight and too-bright vinyl and her boots were blue and heeled instead of their original red flat pair.
After a ferocious fan outcry, costumers quickly worked to alter the nostalgic outfit back to it's original crime-fighting form.

Maybe Lindsay just wants to run away from her past of being in the jail and now more recently, her trial for felony grand theft after a plea deal inolving jail time got rejected.
For sure this alleged celebrity jewelry thief’s name is to haunt the various other Lindsays.
